Please enjoy our 2026 promotional video, which captures what we are all about. Earth Day Austin exists to put equity at the center of the environmental movement in Central Texas. We are intentionally inclusive in every way possible, and aim to highligh the creative spirit of the Austin community. We are a free-to-the-public event located on the campus of our host and partner, Huston-Tillotson University. We prioritize quality over quanity, inclusion over showiness, and authentic engagement over performative displays. We feature a diverse array of local artists, local businesses, and local leaders. We intentionally partner with the organizations and agencies that are most deeply rooted in what makes Austin so special. We provide concierge-style Spanish and ASL interpretation, as well as audio description, so that all festival goers can have the full festival experience. Our goal is not just to feature the strength and resilience of our community, but also to demonstrate it and celebrate it in real time.
