Nature Photography for Children

Spring is a season of new beginnings and fresh starts, making it the perfect time for kids to learn new photographic skills! Master Photographer Doug Box will share ideas for young people to learn about natural resources, animal habitats and telling stories with their camera. Your children will learn how animals, plants, and the environment interact with their camera. See how to create a simple photography setup to attract birds and get great photos in their own backyard.

Kids will receive a handout with 10 tips to take better photos with activities and projects to keep students engaged. And see how to use simple apps to create art pieces.

See an antique style camera and find out why photographers of the past hid under a big black cloth! (Adults will enjoy this program too)
