Riders Against the Storm (5:00 pm, main stage)

Riders Against the Storm (RAS) is ready to get up in ya! Winning the coveted prizes of “Band of the Year” and “Best Hip-Hop Band” at the 2014 Austin Chronicle Music Awards, this husband and wife hip-hop duo operates from boundless space and time. Their music and work, crafted from the funk, the inner SOURCE, and the Gods of Hip Hop, is ready to take everyone it touches into a more powerful part of themselves. RAS doesn’t leave anything behind as they send their audiences into new portals of light and life. You have to get up to get down, Y’all! You don’t want to miss this slammin’ close-out show!
Movement & Zen Zone (all day, movement & zen zone)
Led by LoveATX founder, Jenna Jasso, the Movement & Zen Zone will open with a guided Earth meditation session and become increasingly energized throughout the day. Demonstrations of Capoeira, a Brazilian-based martial art combining dancing and acrobatics, and the Japanese martial arts discipline of the Sword will be performed. With offerings of public instruction in yoga, acro-yoga and Qi Gong, this is the place to deepen your breath, strengthen your body, move your feet, spread your wings and soar! Ignite your playful spirit and learn a new physical practice in the Movement & Zen Zone.
Drum Circles with X8 (1:00 pm and 2:30 pm, drum circle area)
More than a drum circle, X8’s Interactive Drumming community jams are designed to ignite the spirit and foster connections. Serving festivals, concerts, and community events, X8 Interactive Drumming brings people together in unforgettable ways. Led by professional and talented facilitators, these community jams will leave everyone inspired and full of joy.
BollywoodFusion (1:20 pm, main stage) is a dance group primarily dancing Bollywood style, which is a blend of the classical Indian with Western dance styles. Our dancers come from all walks of life, with families and busy careers, but we share a common passion – dancing, which has brought us together. EarthCultureDancer Daniel Llanes (12:50 pm, main stage)
Performing environmental justice material from his latest production “Carbon FootPrint” Daniel performs a synthesis of ancient and contemporary forms blends global influences into a multi-faceted style that personifies Southwestern American culture and has proven to have universal appeal.

Flamencura (3:10 pm, main stage)
Hailing from the southern region of Spain, the roots of flamenco go back hundreds of year when Spanish, Muslim, Jewish and Gypsy (Roma) cultures all mixed, resulting in a musical form that was preserved and developed in later centuries. Under the direction of Olivia Chacon, Flamencura is Austin’s very first dance studio dedicated to the Flamenco tradition. Beginning with with an introduction of each piece and a presentation of cultural origins, Flamencura will perform a set of Spanish flamenco dances, highlighting the diversity of our Austin society.
“The Swingin’ Sound from Six Feet Down” with the Dead Music Capital Band” (5:45 pm, the hangar)
Blowing horns and banging drums from beyond the grave, the Dead Music Capital Band is undying proof that the party doesn’t have to end just because life does. From originals, New Orleans-brass classics, heavy metal, show tunes, movie themes, to Chopin and beyond–it’s all fed through the DMCB brass band organ grinder to produce an outrageously macabre musical party. Join the band as it scoops up Earth Day souls on it’s serpent-like path snaking through the crowd and ending up at the Main Stage for a dance party finale that will rattle your bones!
