An Introduction to Qigong
Qigong is a movement and breathing exercise promoting longevity and vitality!
Qigong, one of the oldest recorded forms of movement therapy incorporates movement and breath together to generate energy, or "qi", in the body. Qigong was developed to promote longevity and vitality. In this class Bret will teach the traditional form 8 Pieces of the Brocade Cloth. Class begins with an extensive joint warm up incorporating traditional therapeutic techniques, ending with a thorough exploration of the form. Licensed Acupuncturist, Bret Kyle Rogers came to Traditional Chinese Medicine through his practice of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. He began studying martial arts in 2007 and instantly felt drawn to the forms the body made in Tai Chi. The deliberate movements and the focus on qi. Join Bret for the this unique experience!

Allow Ashley to take you through a journey where you will not only improve your body's well being but also your mind. Zumba is a dance fitness craze where anyone from those with two left feet to those who've danced their whole lives can enjoy. All you have to do is keep moving!!! She will cue you through every song. We will dance rhythms such as salsa, merengue, cha-cha, hip hop and more. Just feel the music and have fun! It's a dance party and you're invited!

Bagua Flow
Bagua is both an ancient art for understanding the movements of the universe as well as one of the traditional internal martial arts. In this class Justin Phillips will guide you through a basic practice of moving meditation that is both grounding and challenging. The movement of Bagua is rotational in nature and the practices are powerful openers for the shoulders, hips, and spine and when combined with the breath and visualization help to unlock the limitless potential stored in our body for wellness. Justin Phillips has been studying meditation and martial arts since the age of five. He has been a practitioner of Chinese Medicine for over a decade as well as a Feng Shui consultant, and meditation and martial arts teacher. To core of Justin's practice is that empowerment of the individual for self-healing is the root of all vitality, so come and join him in this wonderful practice!

Earth Day Grounding Flow
Exploring Connection Between Breath and Body
Join Audrey in wrapping up the day and learn how to cultivate more awareness, both on and off the mat, by exploring the connection between your breath and body. Come get rooted with this powerful, earthy Vinyasa flow, that will begin with 45 minutes of mindful and playful movement, to help open up and re-energize your mind and body. I will use the remaining 15 minutes of class to guide you through a grounding, sensory-based meditation. All levels and ages are welcome and encouraged to join in on this fun, peaceful, and empowering flow!
